Water cooling experience with Cooler Master Masterbox Lite 5 RGB

Does anyone have any experience with liquid cooling in the Masterbox lite 5 RGB Case?
I have heard that to install a 240 mm radiator, you have to remove one of the front 3 case fans. Is it true? Is there a work around to save the third fan and still have the radiator

The fans in front are 120's, so you should be able to get a 240 rad in there. You'd need to remove a fan if you wanted a 280 rad though.

Here's wording from the cooler master website: 240mm / 280mm / 360mm radiator (limited) up to 50mm thickness without fan (it looks like only the 360 has clearance issues.)
