Water cooling help 1 loop vs 2 loops and pump

Hi so I want to know for performance wise is it better to go with one big loop or 2 smaller loops. I would also like to know what is the most quiet, reliable, powerful, and high flow pump out their. This is for an extreme system. I am also considering liquid cooling my (future) x99 Asus deluxe motherboard so I would like your opinion about that please. Sorry for asking for so much but thank you a lot for the replies.

Give it a good read through...hopefully it helps answer some of the basics and you can update with some additional ones when you have some detailed questions and specifics. Most of watercooling is based around budget and what you feel you need/want. A lot is subjective and can really only be answered by you.
