Water cooling help?

I have recently purchased an rx 570 and it gets a little warm and i would like to cool it more efficiently what is the least expensive way to do it other than just air

What do you consider "warm"? Whats your case/fan setup?

It gets around 55-60 degrees celsius which would be fine for now but in the summer my room gets warm which doesnt allow cool air to flow through my system

GPUs can get up to 80C before you need to be worried, under 90C is safe.
You dont need to do anything. You arent going to see 20C higher temps from season to season.
