It's not the motherboard compatibility you should looking for, but if the case can accomodate that big radiator (240-mm length and 30-mm thick without fans) and the reservoir (it needs 2 x 5,25" bays). What case are you using?

Very good choice, you will have enough space for the Alphacool system (the radiator will be mounted onto the top case panel, you will need to get rid of the 200-mm fan though).
