Water Cooling my System

Hi, my name is Mark

for my next build I'm gonna have 2 280Xs and 1 7970 and my CPU is gonna be an AMD-9590

Now all of these components get really hot so I thought it would be a good Idea to water cool my next build, But I don't know the first thing about water cooling.

So any idea on what exactly I should use?

For watercooling I'd suggest a Corsair H100i, it's one of the best watercoolers out there, I have a fx 8350 overclocked at 4.4 and temps don't pass 20-30ºC, highly reccomended also if you are going to overclock.

I would recommend a custom loop for that system if you do go the watercooling route as the h100i only covers the CPU.

Thanks for the site, I know the components I need now, but do you have any idea of how many fittings I would need?

Well each component you are going to cool has input and output but some water blocks come with the fittings some don't. Radiator also has in and out. Usually they come with fittings but not always. Same story for Reservoirs. Pumps almost always have connectors. Another good site for components is xoxide.com. I'm sure there are 1000 of them but I've ordered from both of these and they have been reliable thus far.


Assuming nothing came with fittings:
3 GPU blocks + 1 CPU block + 1 reservoir + 1radiator + 1 pump =14 fittings
