Water Cooling or Fan

My computer:

AMD X2 4400+ 2.2 GHZ
eVGA 7900 GT
PSU: Enermax 535
2 GB Corsair
Asus NForce 4 mobo

Some guys from STEAM sayed I should AMD ATHLON64 CERTIFIED CPU FAN & HEATSINK + 3 EXTRA CASE FANS instead of CoolerMaster Liquid CPU Cooling Fan System Kit + 2 EXTRA CASE FANS.

It would save me $42. Plus they said the CoolMaster sucks and it would even be better to get good air flow with the other 1. What do you think?

Well, I wouldnt overclock at all. Im used to my superloud 6 year old fan on my millenium compaq. Maybe in the future I will overclock
