[SOLVED] Water cooling or hybrid cooling?

I want a very well cooled GPU. Which one cools better; only water or water + air (hybrid)?

Generally reviewers have found that water cooled GPUs cool better than the hybrid cooling designs. The hybrid coolers are generally compromise solutions for people who want to add water cooling later but don't want to swap the factory cooler with a water cooling block/shroud. They are a good idea, but they don't work quite as well as a specifically designed water cooling setup.
