Water Cooling Problem PLEASE HELP!

So I finished building my custom water cooling loop which I bought the xspc 360 kit, my cpu which is an i7 4770k is now reaching 100c! Could it be the cpu block? Now it's reading 30c on idle, when I open prime95 it goes to 100c! What should I do? I did apply thermal paste on the cpu.

hello... there are two electrical connections needed for Cooling, the FAN and Pump... Did you get the block screws tighten'd Down? Does it feel like the water radiator is getting HOT? the water supply and return lines need to be higher than than the CPU block, to keep any air out of the feed and returns lines.

Most likely, your block isn't on right.

Also, should the fans on top the radiator be pushing air in the rad or out?

FIXED IT! CPU BLOCK WAS TIGHTENED PROPERLY, TEMPS DROPED LIKE 50C ON LOAD!
