Water Cooling Question

Solution
40-50C range is completely normal for a card and its even ice cold. I have a 780 Ti and reaches 70C because I'm pushing it to the limits like 99% GPU usage. Check if your card is fully utilized by using MSI Afterburner. Check GPU usage percentage while gaming. If its not reaching 99%, chances are cpu is holding back your gpu (aka bottleneck).

But if you still want to get a block, check EK water block's cooling configurator site. http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/
