Water Cooling Question

Currently i have an air based cooling system and i noticed that the temperatures were very high(in 45 to 48 Degrees Celsius range) so i want to move to a liquid based cooling system, i read about water blocks and i wanted to know if there is a water block for the graphics card in the link above.

40-50C range is completely normal for a card and its even ice cold. I have a 780 Ti and reaches 70C because I'm pushing it to the limits like 99% GPU usage. Check if your card is fully utilized by using MSI Afterburner. Check GPU usage percentage while gaming. If its not reaching 99%, chances are cpu is holding back your gpu (aka bottleneck).
