I have looked at similar kits and they all miss is a good plan to drain and refill. I would suggest a T fitting and ball valve to add a maintenance drain.

It's always best to buy the parts what you really need than use a kit.

Which case do you have? Which mobo? The gpu pcb based on the reference card design?

What's your total budget for the custom loop?

I have a Zotac RTX 2080 TI. Not quite sure how to find out if its reference PCB.

The kit only contains a radiator, some fittings and 3 fans, you'll need a lot more to get a working loop.

which zotac 2080ti? need the model to tell if the gpu block is compatible or not.

the air 740 can take a 360 rad in the front and a 240 in the top. the max gpu clearance is 330mm.
