Im new to the whole Liquid cooling thing, I Currently have a Corsair H70, I have ATI 6870s That are Extremly loud. I just ordered a Corsair 800D Case. Im really looking for like a check list of what i should buy, I have a price range from 1-i would say maybe 700 bucks. Or maybe MAYBE a bit more. What would be the best things in my price range to cool my CPU and GPU, Would i need Two Reservoirs? Two Pumps? What Tubing is the best and Coolant? Thanks in Advance for any helpfull info :wahoo:

How much is he looking to spend ? A better quality power supply would be nice.

I suppose he will have to decide which is better, 80 Plus Gold certification and fully modular as oppose to higher wattage and the 80 Plus Silver certification. With regards to the 'Bling', having a Corsair PSU in a Corsair case is pretty awesome ;)

@ OP if 800D is your final choice be aware that this case will only take 1 triple/quad+ 1 dual RAD
with minor mod. and as for RES mention by rubix ..i'm not sure if MCP35X is compatible with XSPC Dual 5.25" Bay Reservoir for Single Laing DDC (you might want to make sure)and would recommend going with this;

or similar ,here is a better look at RAD placement in 800D;

Ok,like i say ..I wasn't sure and didn't see this combination since MCP35X came out,and still would't recommend ..cleaning is PITA with this RES,Swiftech MCP35X Optional Tank Reservoir Attachment - Rev. 2 (MCP35X-RES) is 30$ compared to 45

Ive been reading alot on this, this morning..If i wanted to liquid cool my PC and have my fiance do it. I would just want to cool my CPU, Is there some type of kit i could buy? i dont want to use a h50 or a h70. They look tacky. My PC specs are somewhat similar to his. ( He built it for me lol ) :)

i found this online, Would this be good for my CPU? Say in the near future if i wanted him to do my GPU's could he just add on to it?
