Water cooling refrigerator

Could a guy run copper tubeing coils, the more the better (?) , inside a freezer chilling the tubeing, then circulateing water in a closed loop system with a seperate external reservoir ( insulated), and have the chilled water run through a radiator or radiators connected within the loop with a fan to blow cold air from the radiators transfering the heat back to the reservoir? This is a question for airconditioning a closed room rather than air exchange by conventional air conditioners.

In follow up I found a half hp water chiller rated to a 135 gal reservoir for almost 1000 $, halveing the reservoir to 55 gal,would keep the water chilled enough, so would a freezer and copper tubeing be cheaper and have more chilling capacity. a temperature control could turn off the freezer to cycle it in case it never turned off, or would it cycle on its own thermostat? Trying to save time from trial and error. Has anyone tried this?

water will form on the tubes and drip inside your case. unless you can cleverly protect your cpu, (top and botom- airtight with nitrogen.) and drain the condescension out fo the case somehow.

ive always DREAMED of using a refrigerator motor and do this. or maybe a small wallmart frig to run the water/antifreeze too. anyways this sounds more fun then practical.
