Water Cooling Reservoir

I wanted to know if I should get a water cooling reservoir or not, the cooler is a Corsair H90 140mm Extreme Performance. Its going to be cooling an intel core i7 4790k. I am planning to overclock my processor as well. I need to know if I should get a liquid reservoir or not, if I should then which one should I buy ? It needs to be a cheap one but not low quality. I also want to know what kind of "liquid" I should use for the system The last thing I want to know is how to hook up the reservoir to the cooler itself, or a link to a video explaining how to do it. Help would be very much appreciated

Corsair H90 is a sealed unit that isn't intended to be opened. The only time you are going to use a reservoir is when you have a custom loop or loop kit.
