My plan is to build my water cooling system in different room and my goal is to keep PC totally silent so I don't want any fans in room where are components. I am worried if remaining temperature from all electronics cant be dangerous in closed case without air flow? What do you think guys? Its all right? Should I open case on both sides or buy some fancy open case or what? Thanks for reply.

P.S. Usually I have high-end rig so temperatures are high.

Solution
good fans under 800RPM are practically silent. and there are a lot of heat producing components beside CPU and GPU.
your idea while fun, is impractical at best.
