Question Water cooling wont statt

My water cooling system wont start I cant seem to find the problem I've tried removing the air bubbles but didn't seem to help

I haven't got any photos I'm currently at work but the tubes that go to the cpu and back to the radiator have my custom liquid which is blue but the res it's just normal water I think the pump may be broken as I cant even hear the pumps noise

Connect the pump to steady 12v source like Molex for instance. If it starts up it's possible the header it's connected to is not active.

What cooler/kit are you using? How do you have it setup?
