I wanna OC my 3800+ to get the best possible performance but my case sucks on cooling and I cant fit a decent fan on the CPU because the PS is so close to it. Im going for water cooling  . Here is the website

Which one would you recommend for athlon 3800+. I wanna push it beyond 2.6.

the thermaltake kits are nice and ezasy to install/maintain but i will admit there are better kits out there.

but for the price/performance id recomend the thermaltake big water se 745.

I can get the thermeltake pretty cheap on newegg. What else is there thats better? Also, do I need thermal paste between the cpu block and the cpu?

Of course you do. I don't know if the water cooling kit includes some thermal paste, but I recommend you to buy Artic Silver 5... it's simply the best 8) and it's about $6 dlls on newegg.

I recommend the BigWater 745... and teh kits are complete, including fluid, thermal paste and everything...
It keeps my overclocked Opteron 175 at 2.64GHz running under 47C max load...
but you might want to get an extra bottle of fluid, and optional a flow meter for quick visual on water flow... Zalaman makes a flow indicator for $11, and Thermaltake has one for about $30... either is compatable as far as hose size 3/8" is concerned...

What kind of budget do you have as far as watercooling is concerned? DIY is the natural progression of watercooling because of the flexiblity it offers.

But, if you are going to stick to Bigwater then you owe it to yourself to research the reviews online. Also, you might consider checking on ebay for the bigwater. Of all the kits that are offerred on ebay, people seem to auction off the Bigwater kits the most. There are probably more Bigwater kits offerred on ebay than all other kits combined. You might could get it real cheap there.

my cpu reached 52C on prime95 and thats kinda scary for me. my case is realy cramped. Im running it stock 2.4 but HTT is 220.

Don't forget that for the cost of decent water cooling, you can buy a very good airflow case and HSF.

I only run mine using the dual radiator, and I am using the fan control linked to both 120mm fans so it controls them both. Works for me, even tho if I added the other radiator, temps would drop further... not bad imo.

I agree with clue69. For the price of a water cooler you could get a good case and an excellent heatsink. I OC'd my AMD 3700 to 2750 MHz with a Thermalright XP 120 and never saw my load temps go above 45c. Air cooling is maintance free and much easier to install. I use water cooling now but I'll be going back to air when I get a Conroe.
