[SOLVED] Water damage help

I panicked and spilled water on my rig, it doesn’t seem to have reached any major places, only the power button and headphone jacks. I took off the front panel and dried the best I could but now when I turn the pc back on it reached the windows screen but when I put my password in it just says windows shutting down.

it sounds like the actual switch is wet, power switch is shorting out.
if you have a reset button try swapping the reset and power switches until it dries. (unplug pwr switch and plug the reset switch in its place)
if you do not have another button to take advantage of you could manually power the motherboard with a conductor until the switch dries.
