Hey guys,

Just got a water cooler, and I mixed the coolant like I should have... see pictures on the net of a much deeper color in the tubes than mine appears to be.

Do people use dye in an effort to get a better lookin cooling system (asthetics) or am I mixing wrong 60/30?

Read somewhere that food coloring is a no-no for dying the coolant... curious if this is true since food coloring is mostly water and propolyene glycol (which is what my additive is).

Thanks,
Funk

Most places that sell watercooling equipmet have uv dye. I get all of my stuff off frozencpu.com and sharkacorp.com. They both sell various colors of uv dye. One bottle of the stuff will last you a LONG time. I only needed a few drops of the stuff in my system and they give you a big bottle of it, lol.
