[SOLVED] Water marks on screen after cleaning

Hi,

I have just cleaned my monitor which is the ASUS Tuf Gaming VG27A with a micro cloth with tap water on it. And after cleaning it is leaving theses marks on the screen...

And I have googled and they say water is best, how is it best when it leaves these marks on my screen!!!!!!

DOn't use tap water. It could contain all kinds of hard minerals depending on where you live. That's more than likely what you're seeing. A wet cleaning solution or cloths that are designed for screens are the best.

Should not really need to use it often, just don't poke the screen with your fingers and it will stay clean.
