I have an ek d5 pump res Combo in a custom loop in the order or PUMP>CPU>RADIATOR> then back to the pump
When I fill it up the pump will pump the water up through the cpu block and into the radiator but then it gives up and won't move the water in any direction but the pump is still working as I can hear it and see the water in the res/pump moving. I haven't let it run dry at all either. I have drained it completely and refilled and checked for blockages to try and fix it.
Any ideas on what to do next

Solution
you can upload picture to any service like imgur.com or google drive/photos and post a link here.
It's strange because liquid moves only to some point which means the air is getting out of the loop so it means that the loop is not blocked.
Is it the PWM or Vario variant of D5 ? you can tell by the cable - two wires to the MB = PWM, single wire means Vario

It is the Pwm variant of it. It is defiantly working because liquid in the Pump/Reservoir is bubbling. But you can see air bubbles in the loop that aunt moving and even if you tilt it around the won't clear.
