Hello. My kid spilled a drink and it dribbled down desk into the computer hitting ONLY the GPU. I replaced the gpu to my old (ancient more like it) r7 200 and it works fine but my old one was not working. The screen was just black and I noticed the fans would start to spin but just stop then try again in a few seconds and still not work. Is my gtx 960 a goner?

I would definitely let it dry for half a day before trying it again. Then if it still doesn't work, I'd attempt an RMA.
