So a glass of water was pushed over and some of it hit the psu while my pc was turned off i let it dry in my room for 15 hours should i get a new one before using my computer

Solution
I do not think any damage was done from the start. But you were right to be cautious. If it was just water and over 15 days have passed, and the system runs now with no issues...sleep well you are ok. If the water had caused some sort of issue the unit would have let you know. By the way, it is hard to get water inside a PSU. You would have to pour or spray it through the fan side or vents. I guess you could pour enough over the case edges to get water to seep it but that's a lot of water. So no ghosts in the machine for you.
if it went inside the power supply, there is a small chance it'll be fine, although, there's a large chance it'll fry your whole system, I'd buy a new one, or try it on a very very old pc, you'll never use again

Your only problem would be if the free ions in the water have already ruined the circuitry. The cheapest and most efficient way to remove water from electrical parts is to let it sit in a bag of uncooked rice for half a day

Hi

If you have not turned the PC on leave it off for a while
Preferably unplug and remove the psu
Look inside to see if it is dry yet
Dust & fluff will take a lot longer to dry out

Leave it in a warm dry place for 48 hours ,if you have access to silica gel or something similar to attract the moisture use it

Then when you are sure it is dry connect to mains and use paper clip or psu tester to try the psu out.
If no smoke or smell it is probably ok

Only then replace it in case & re connect

Best of luck

I forgot to tell that after the 15 hours i used the pc and it didnt seem to have been affected my psu said some small sounds but i cant tell if it does that normally or
(also the sounds wasnt like sparks)

So theres no change it will come hauting me in the future and at some time make my computer fry it self! 😀 (Im a bit uintelligent on how the inside of a computer works) :)

It was pushed from behind the computer and almost into i did find some water ontop of the psu (at the fan on top of it which i removed carefully) and it was only 15 hours ^_^
