Water spilled on an Acer laptop

I accidentally spilled water on the back of my acer laptops screen when it was closed. The water leaked through and sipped into the left side of the keyboard covering most of the keys on that side. I quickly opened it up and wiped out the water. I then tried to boot the laptop, at first it boot up, then the part of the screen where the water touched was blurry. After a while the laptop froze and then I tried to restart it, there was no response,. I power on the laptop again, this time it can power on but the hard disc led is not blinking, the screen is totally blank, (no power to it) and now I dono wat to do.

Anybody, Please help.

Booting it was the worst thing you could do.

Water can short circuit the components, and it appears that this is what has happened.
If it had been left turned off, and allowed to dry properly, it may still be working.

This is why you should pay attention in school... Water and electricity do not go well together...
