[SOLVED] Water stains inside lcd monitor glass

I have a ViewSonic VA1716w monitor and it appears to have stains inside the glass panel. Can this still be fixed? Its been in storage for a long time, and I think the moisture dried up and stained the inside. Any help will be appreciated.

It looks to me like backlight bleed.

Try your monitor on another PC.
Try another monitor on your PC.

I suspect it's a monitor problem.
Trya another monitor cable.

I already did. And there is a little bit of backlight bleedin on the sides but the whole monitor looks like it has dried stains inside.
