Water vs. Air cooling

OK guys, should I go with the Cryorig H7 or the Corsair Hydro H60? I doubt I'll be doing much overclocking.

CPU: Intel Core i5 6600k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLU
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-02 Mid Tower.

The Cryorig H7 is a much better cooler , it can cool almost as good as a H80i.

I'm worried about the noise level though. I'll be adding an additional fan on the top of the case. How noisy will it make the rig?

H7 is not really noisy , uses 1 fan an is fairly quiet.

An additional , good quality fan at the top exhaust shouldn't be very noisy.

It's a great little cooler , I own 4 Cryorig coolers , H7 , best value on the market.
