watercooled 2 56c?!

Well don't go to hard on me, but I'm a 14 year old noob; I built my first computer bout a week a ago. The cpu is watercooled but when I go into bios it says that the CPU is 56c and my MB is 34c. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY CPU TEMPS DOWN!

btw: these are idles ;(

well didn't want to make this a big post watercooling is waterblock:athlon64 copper TDX 1/2, radiator:black ice 3 pro 1/2(w/ 3 fans that push 96cm), and pump:hydor L25 1/2, A3000+ venice core and an asus a8n sli premium

right just the TDX, the resv(not sure) fits in my 5.25 drive so thats bout 20< fluid oz and the order is resv-->pump-->radiator-->waterblock-->resv
