Will I need it? I know most of the 290 models get to75-80 C on full load. Will I need watercooling? And if I do: 1. Do I need a full tower?
2. Which WaterCooling kit would you reccomend?

Solution
75c-80c is acceptable you won't necessarily need water cooling,
it would bring the temperature down significantly but it would be quite expensive, you would need a pump and reservoir, a rad and fans, a gpu water block and tubes and fittings you could be looking at £300 to water cool it
