Watercooling Mockup Program

I have my list created on PCPP but i wanna make a sketch mockup. is there a program for that and not photoshop. Free.

paint, paint.net, and gimp come to mind, but what you really need is Blender instead!

Better yet though, just papercraft it. Some tape, standard paper, a ruler, and the specifications and you can see it in 3d
