Watercooling my pc

Hi everyone,
I really want to get rid of the 60+ C degrees and the sound of the cpu fan that is like a helicopter trying to deplane into my pc, so I decided to go with watercooling. And this the point that I get a little bit confused, is it better too custom build a watercooling system for my pc or to buy a sealed kit watercooling? I want to watercool both my cpu (AMD FX-6300) and gpu (FXF R9-270x)

custom water cooling system runs significantly cooler than closed loop(sealed) water cooled and air cooling system, but custom loop water cooling solution is very expensive and it may cause damage to your hardware if it is not assembled very carefully.

you may go with sealed water cooling kit, it is cheap in cost and a lot safer than custom loop.
