Question Watercooling without Pump Header

I want to buy a MasterLiquid ML120L water cooling and my motherboard is a Asus Prime H310M-K r2.0 (https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-H310M-K-R2-0/specifications/ ) and my motherboard doesn't have a Pump Header (AIO pump) but PC Part Picker says that it will work. Will it work or not?
Thanks in advance.
I’ll try that as soon as I get the liquid cooling.
No, that's wrong for that particular cooler, It's fan should be connected to CPU_FAN and pump to Case/System fan and set to run at full speed. If you don't have any spare headers. connect pump to a Molex or SATA power using proper adapter.
