Watercooling

Hello everybody, I've always looked around tom hardware for information but this is my first time posting I'm planning on building a new system with i5 or i7 i'm still debating. From what I heard water cooling is a great for overclocking, however I don't know much more then that. Is there any articles discussing how exactly water cooling works and the require maintenance?
