I have just purchased a Microsoft Keyboard / mouse combo from the
above company, whom I had heard were reputable.

Well, the mouse is probably at least 6 months old with signs of heavy
usage and does not function at all. So, a "quick" call to customer
services to spend over half an hour on an 0870 number only to speak to
a "customer service" agent who was completely unwilling to help me in
any way, and who hung up on me without resolving any of the issues at
all.

I strongly advise you not to buy any products from this appalling
company. I am now going to talk to my credit card company and trading
standards.

What has this to do with printing? I've never had any problems with Watford.

I agree with you both.
Not the right group and Watford can be a pain, (have you cleaned the
rollers)?
10 weeks for a replacement monitor before I emailed the MD.
But this IS the wrong group so I shouldn't be posting this here.
