wattage cpu laptops

is it bad to have a max wattage reading of 18.9w while palying and charging will it affect my laptop

That seems like it is a little low, but it really depends on your specs. What laptop do you have?

I have accer aspire 3 with a7200u CPU why is it bad if I have a low wattage reading

I just looked at your laptop and that is actually pretty normal. If you aren't noticing any performance issues then I would say that you are fine.
