Wattage for 390 oc.

My current psu is antec hcg 620.
Could i do oc on my cpu (4790k) and the gpu(390) with that psu?

The Antec High Current Gamer is a good quality unit made by Seasonic. It has enough power for your system with some overclocking. The 4790K will turbo to 4.4Ghz. without overclock so I'd leave it alone and work on the R9 390 to try and squeeze a bit more from it.

I would like to plug at least some usb stick without a power leak xd.

Total system power draw on a OC Intel I7 6 core with a single 390 is less than 400watrts http://www.anandtech.com/show/9784/the-amd-radeon-r9-380x-review/13 that is measured.
