Question Wavlink repeater

I just bought a wavlink repeater to get better signal and speed at the end of my house.. I watched some tutorials and in the manual it says conncect with your computer or laptop to the wavlink network, but i dont have that network, i open the small internet icon down right on my laptopt and no wavlink network, someone please help
