HI,

I've recently reinstalled windows on my PC and for some reason i'm getting wavy lines appearing around edges in moving objects on youtube video.

I've linked a screenshot and you can see the lines around the hand.

The problem wasn't there before I reinstalled Windows, so i'm guessing i've not installed something or changed a setting somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated

Make sure your monitor cable is fully plugged in and not slightly sagging out. It's a stretch but if you're using chrome maybe try turning off hardware acceleration? click on the ... then settings, click advanced at bottom, then find hardware acceleration slider.

I was just thinking too, maybe try turning Windows Aero theme on / off. Sometimes I would have issues on youtube if I wasn't using Aero and Basic instead.
