way to fix my phone storage

My POSH phone is saying internal storage full when I'm trying to download an app?but no app is on the phone.what do I do?

If you have emails and others messages dating back for 3 years etc, may be you want delete the old stuff.

Open the storage manager in settings and see how much storage you have and what is taking up the space.
