Way to hot

Ive tried cleaning it and everything but my gpu still goes up and over 90c i have an nividia 260m. What are my options. Im ronning it on a asus G72GX ROG.

90c is normal for a 260m, it will run fine at 100c for OC'ed cards

compressed air or take the whole unit apart

mobile components do get hot its normal, but that is a little high
