Way to shift focus from 1 monitor to another?

Hello! I am on windows 7 (obviously) and have 2 monitors. I was wondering if there is a hot key to go from one monitor to the other? Like if I'm playing a game in one monitor and have facebook in the other monitor can I easily switch to the second monitor with facebook? I know of alt+tab but that exits the current window completely. I am using extended display.

play in full screen windowed mode. That will let the mouse freely travel to the other monitor without exiting the current.
