Way to stop Windows 10 from searching for other WiFi networks?

Hello,
I am looking for a way to keep Windows 10 connected to the wireless router that I choose, and to stop surveying for other networks.
I suspect that this search is interfering with my connection. I would like the search itself stopped.
Is there a way?
I believe that the WLAN AutoConfig service controls that, but also a lot of other stuff. I am not sure how I can do that without breaking anything.

Because you have at some stage connected to those other networks, Windows needs to be told to forget them.
They should appear in Settings, Networks, Wifi, Manage known networks. Select each one of the other networks in turn and click on Forget.
Then while you are connected to your own network you can also stop Windows looking for any others -
click on the network icon in your System tray,
select Network settings and then [right at the bottom] click on Network & sharing center,
in the right-hand part of the window it will say Connections: and then WiFiCard or similar [in blue] - click on that,
Wireless properties,
clear the checkbox for Look for other wireless networks when connected to this one,
click on OK then Close and then close the windows showing the Network & sharing center.

I found one unknown network there (factory?), but I still have about 5 second drops exactly every 10 minutes.
They look like the ones caused by wifi search.
Any idea what else can cause that periodic interference?

may try the following ...go into settings(control panel) select "network and internet" and click on wifi on the left side

wifi sense >>>turn off
hotspot 2.0>>>>turn off
paid wifi services>>turn off
