I have a 13th generation i7 13700k. I have updated to the latest bios and have a 360mm cpu cooler. Case has good airflow. My mobo is a asus tuf gaming z690-plus wifi d4. Is there any offsets I should start with voltage to lower the temps? I run about 90C max load. I know these things run hot but wanted to lower it. Are there any bios options I should try or be aware of? I have mostly everything st default settings.

include the complete system specs with make & model of all components.

also include:

what are you using to monitor temperature?

what do you consider "max load";
running a specific stress test, etc?

what are you using to control fans(case, cooler, GPU)?
what sort of fan curve(s) do you have in place?

what is the ambient temperature in the room?

Max load as in 100%. Cpu-Z stress test, The AIO is controlled by the CPU Fan on a 3 pin connection by the controller provided with the corsair aio. It's a h150i elite lcd xt 360mm aio. I have it set to balanced and the pump to extreme. My room sits around 65 to 80 depending on the day. I mainly just want to lower the temp to preserve the cpu. I'm not used to/ entirely comfortable with the cpu temps. My temps are being measured/recorded with core temps.

My specs are as follows.
Lian Li lancool 3 case with 3 frontal intake fans, 1 rear exhaust, aio sits on top with 3 120mm fans as exhaust, and 1 intake for the psu.
