I would really depend on your needs.
The WD drive is a 5400 RPM one, while the other one is 7200 RPM.
You will get slightly better performance with the 7200 RPM drive. Keep in mind that only boot/loading times are affected the most by the drive's speed, not the overall system performance.
Yet, if you need larger storage space (storing videos, music, etc.), you can go with the 2 TB drive.
It may be a good idea to wait for some more suggestions by other users as well.
