WD Black 2TB partiotioned and formatted upon arrival

I do not know if this is normal.
I bought a NEW WD Black 2TB SATA HD and after mounting it, I saw it was already partitioned and formatted (EFI and HFS+)

Should I return it?

Have you checked when the warranty expires? If you believe it's used, then return it.
