WD Black is really makes difference ?

Hello i have skylake system im using seagate 7200rpm 1 TB hdd but its not enough for me so i decided to upgrade my storage i have bad memories with seagate so i dont think im gonna buy seagate but im open any ideas. So question is 2 TB WD Black is almost same price with 4 TB Blue(5400rpm) is there really difference between black and blue i mean if its gonna be 4-5 sec on loading i can buy blue for more space,thanks for the answers .

Im gonna use it for game storage and other stuff which one i choose ?

The difference is so small you won't notice it at all.

one is faster than the other but both are mechanical hard disks, if you ant speed, a ssd is what you need
