Currently The black goes for 230$ while the Adata goes for 215$, so the price is negligible, I opted out of the Samsung brand as it is extremely over priced.
I have some background regarding WD drives, they are reliable, but every one seems to be praising the Adata drive and comparing it to the Samsung 970 pro.
which one of those 2 is better and why ?

Solution
I didn't have a hand on either of them but I suppose the Adata has better consistent transfers speeds than the WD one.
As I can see on Amazon the price for the WD is 237$ the Adata is 200$ so I would go with the Adata one: https://www.amazon.com/XPG-SX8200-480GB-Gen3x4-ASX8200NP-480GT-C/dp/B07BLJF819/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1546735622&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=Adata+XPG+SX8200+NVMe+1TB&th=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a06-20&linkId=be1eaa4849a868f180a5c6dd37086016
But after checking the Samsung 970evo I can see that the price difference from the WD one is not by much...

The Adata one you linked is the normal one not the pro version, that one is slower than the WD Black
