WD blue Hard disk is in the bios but not when i try to install windows

I just built my new pc and it's my first time..

After building it i got stuck with installing the windows. When i try to install it asks me to select a hard drive then it says there wasn't any and it starts looking for a driver then again it doesn't find any.

I tried installing the driver to a usb and updating it there but it didn't show up. Also tried connecting it in all the other sata places/cables with no luck


Please if anyone knows let me know

Many motherbds have an extra drive controller to allow the motherbd to have more sata ports. Please make sure you are on the AMD or Intel controller.

If you are not sure, let us know the make and model# of the motherbd and we can tell you which ones to put the drive on.
