I just loaded up the BIOS for my ASUS B-450 F MOBO and when pull up the boot priority, there's nothing there showing my M.2 SSD. First time builder, so I need some help here please.
One works with either SATA or PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode. You need to use this socket.
The other only works with PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode. This socket will not show your M.2 drive.

Yeah, on the manual it has the 1st socket as -M.2_1 supports PCIE 3.0 x4 and SATA mode M Key design and the 2nd socket as -M.2_2 supports PCIE 3.0 x4 M Key design. I installed the SSD on M.2_1 socket. Shouldn't it work?
