Question WD Blue SN570 1TB vs Kingston NV2 1TB ?

What's the best from those two drives? Both at the same price.
Will be used as main drive for my budget gaming pc. I read that the sn570 has only 12GB cache, will that be bad for downloading games and other big files?

personally I would go for the SN570. If you follow Newmaxx at reddit, I think he once mentioned he liked the dramless algorithm of SN570.

Even though NV2 is a PCIE4 drive, it is hardly faster than PCIE3 drives. Kingston is notorious for inconsistent component parts too.

WD blue is definitely better, Kingston records up to 15% of the total volume at maximum speed, after which the speed drops dramatically, the resource is lower than that of WD blue
 
Investigate Western Digital Black SN770.

Gen 4.

It's been on a serious sale for the last few days at Amazon directly and elsewhere.

500 gb; 35 dollars

1 TB; 65

2 TB; 135

Better performance than the 570, although that is a good drive in its category also.
