WD Elements 107C 4TB EXHDD failure imminent?

Hey Guys,

So basically, I have had a 4tb EXT-HDD for a while now (probably going on 3-4 years) and only just recently have I noticed that it would not let me write files to it over my readyshare (files would copy but be 0kb and useless). I would have to connect it directly to my CPU to write anything to it. Then, I've thought to myself "I'll take everything off it and put it on my other HDD's and reformat the drive. Then place everything back on it, and it should be fine." Soon I found out that when transferring files from the drive, it would flicker between 0-355kb/s and essentially not transfer those files (movies and TV shows mainly). Downloading Western Digital's toolbox it said the SMART was fine. Downloaded CrystalDiskInfo and it said it was "caution". Formatted the drive with CMD, after accepting some files would never come off the drive, and got what I've read are "worse" results. Problem is, I have no idea what I'm looking at.

Can someone please explain the numbers in each column to me? I understand that as the number get's closer to 0 its getting worse but then in some columns it says worst is a higher number? Please help. And because I know you're most likely going to say "Turf the drive and get a new one.", which reasonably priced 4tb EXT-HDD would you all recommend?

N.B. Photos attached as link.
