[SOLVED] WD external hard drive issue xbox one

I've had my WD since roughly 2014. Last night our power went out and when I went set up the system for my son, none of the games show up that are on the HD. Ive looked and tried everything. I tried it on our other xbox systems and it doesnt recognize it. I tried it on our laptop and it popped up as soon as I plugged it in, it says "This device can not be open because the file system was not recognized." Im assuming it says that because its formatted for the xbox. Why would my laptop recognize it soon as I plug it in but multiple xboxes will not recognize it?

*Did a power cycle
*Changed the usb cable
*checked the xbox settings(When xbox is off, turn off storage)
*System is updated
*Reset the system

*Update- Plugged it into our PS4 and it recognized it.

No weird noises, the led continuously blinks as if its trying to load up. As I said it only does it when it's plugged into the Xbox or I should say Xboxes, none of them recognize it.. Laptop, Chromebook and PS4 all recognize it.

The filesystem corrupted. Format it and start redownloading all the games is about all you can do.
